Music + Film Festival // every September

The Music & Film Festival is a weekend celebration of music and cinema that takes over New Cumberland every fall. The West Shore Theatre anchors the fest with curated films from the festival circuit and live performances, but the action spills out into the streets—buskers on corners, pop-up parties, and shows in unexpected places around town.

We bring in bands from outside the region alongside local acts, and the film programming pulls from independent and festival fare rather than Hollywood stuff. The whole thing has a DIY spirit—scrappy, energetic, and a little unpredictable.
